Our speaker Kelsie Holtzlider is a fitness coach in the Seattle area that has worked to empower those around her with the health tools to build the life they love! Kelsie has a B.S. in Kinesiology and a passion for confronting fitness challenges with creativity, empathy, and persistence. Experiences in cardiac rehab and inpatient therapy settings have shaped her fitness philosophy. She believes that a holistic approach to exercise is the key to success! Leading by example, Kelsie utilizes her own fitness to enrich her life with hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, and exploring national parks.
