#IamRemarkable Workshop

The #IamRemarkable Workshop is 90 minutes- part listening, sharing, and brainstorming.  People can't tap you on the shoulder for help if they don't know what you are great at. And leaders are more likely to sponsor you in your career goals if you, and they, are clear on what you want. You will hear about the unique challenges different people face in the workplace and hopefully hear something that assures you YOU ARE NOT ALONE in the struggle of self advocacy and grow your empathy for others who have had different experiences. You will learn the importance of self-promotion in your personal and professional life and be equipped with tools to develop this skill. Participants will be invited to challenge the negative social perception around self-promotion.
